Happening today, the ntsb will meet to determine the probable cause of a plane crash that killed seven people including a local prominent businessman. The business jet carrying lewis katz and six others crashed and burst into flames after it overran the end of a runway in massachusetts last year. A preliminary report suggested the crew of the private jet did not perform a Flight Control check before attempting takeoff. Katz, the Philadelphia Inquirer coowner and three crew members 13 other passengers were all killed. Texas authorities continued to investigate a shocking video shot at a High School Football game last week. Now, you can see the referee has no idea that that hit was coming. Two players body slammed him and now the assistant coach is on paid administrative leave accused of coordinating a pair of blind sided hits on the ref. But now the players say the attack was motivated by something the referee said. So, now weve got the lanes opened approaching the schuylkill but you want to watch for the crews out there that are out there working hard this morning. A fire broke out in the engine room of the 10yearold carnival liberty on monday while the ship was docked in saint thomas. All 3400 passengers were temporarily evacuated. They have been allowed back on board but the ship cant go anywhere until the crew determines it is safe. Carnival says it will issue full refunds to passengers for the shortened voyage. Officers in dearborn, michigan pulled the man over for not wearing a seat belt. Officers say the man then told officers that he was a surgeon and noted that he could let injured officers bleed out. The Kentucky Court clerk was jailed for refusing to issue marriage licenses to samesex couples. Davis is expected to go back to work as early as friday. The judge who put davis in jail says as long as other people in her office are issuing those marriage licenses to gay couples he is satisfied with her going free.
