A philadelphia nun who is accused of driving drunk could learn her fate in a new jersey courtroom today. Police arrested sister Kimberly Miller after she crashed into a building in turnersville Gloucester County last year. The nun claims she was not drunk but instead had taken the sleep drug ambien and was sleeping driving. A judge threw out sister kims breathalyzer results just last week saying the officer who took them did not follow testing protocol. The sister is a teach are at Little Flower high school in hunting park. New on action news officials found elevated lead levels at a bucks county school. Recent tests show that half of the fountains at Milford Middle School in quakertown exceeded federal standards. As a result, four water fountains and a faculty kitchen sink were shut off. Then you have another zone much farther west out around reading. Eastbound in Montgomery County crews have cleared out between willow grove and bensalem so everything is reopened there. Westbound speeds in the 60s. So, not jammed there in the spot where it will jam later on. And on the northeast extension northbound a couple zones, one by quakertown blocks the left lane, then approach and the Lehigh Valley. The right lane is out of commission. Coming out of pennsylvania into new jersey in Mercer County all week we have construction along route one between the trentonmorrisville bridge and perry street. A lane is blocked both ways. Farther north on one at quakerbridge road there was overnight construction but sounds like those crews have just cleared. Still havent cleared the scene of that sewer main break from monday in mount laurel so hartford road is closed again this morning were hearing through 4 oclock this afternoon. So head for briggs road larchmont boulevard or ark road again as alternates. And construction crews are not going anywhere any time soon at the delaware memorial bridge.
