Reporter well, tam, around 100 residents were evacuated as a precaution. At 2 30 a. M. They were allowed to return home. They are working on clearing route 611 easton road here. The update they did haul away the cab of the tanker which overturned. Looked like they have righted the tanker, they attached it to a vehicle there. At this point they didnt move it a little bit, but it has not been hauled away from the scene. They are making progress, they are trying to open up the road by 6 00 a. M. But this happened last night around 8 00 p. M. On route 611 easton road and oxford drive. Authorities say the driver of a pick up truck was in the southbound lanes of 611, lost control and crossed over into the northbound lanes thats when the pick up was hit by a large tanker truck which was carrying gasoline, one of the drivers sustained a minor injury. Both vehicles rolled over, the tanker truck leaked 4,000 gallons of fuel. The fuel leaked into a sewer inlet and controlled into a storm basin. First responders in warrington and surrounding communitieses communities, haz mat responded. A contractor connected to the tanker was called in to help clean up.
