We feel confident that, you know, the inconsistencies, you know, in the testimonies of Andrea Constand and others and the inconsistencies in the closing we feel that the jurors are smart enough to where theyre going to know that, theyre going to remember that. Even if they dont believe or feel that Andrea Constands testimony alone is sufficient to prove guilt beyond an reasonable doubt the prosecution argued that theres corroboration by mr.
