Developing this morning a fast moving fire damaged at least three homes in chester Delaware County. This is viewer video from the 2600 block of cane street. Firefighters got to the scene to find six smoke and thick smoke and flames around 11 oclock last night. It took crews about a half hour to get the fire under control. There are no reports of injuries. Investigators are still trying to get to the bottom of what caused the fire.
