Reporter it is and a lot of people are starting to pass underneath there just now. It was tuesday mid morning that driver says she was traveling under an overpass near 20th street when suddenly a piece of metal came crashing down on her car. This. Reporter Lindsey Richards is taking us through the scary moments when she claims a piece of metal nearly a foot long hit her windshield then bounced shattering her back window. Richards and her boyfriend were in the car their dog chase was too and she says their pet was injured. When it fell through it hit him he jumped in the front seat onto his lap. Reporter richards says she was traveling east on the vine street expressway under the 20th street bridge n shock she drove a short while before stopping in part because theres no shoulder to turn off on.
