Baltimore States Attorneys Office is investigating the death of freddie gray from the beginning and today they released their blockbuster findings his death is rule aid homicide. Gray was arrested on april 12th after he made eye contact with police and ran. The arrest was deemed illegal. He was placed in the police van and his legs were shackled but not restrained. He received a neck injury as a result of being handcuffed and shacked by his feet and being restrained in the wagon. They stopped to pick up other prisoners even while he was in distress. At no point did he seek or render any assistance for mr. Gray all six officers face charges including murder and manslaughter in the Police Custody death.
