The jury must decide between second manslaughter or not guilty. Kania already pleaded guilty to 9 other charges in connection with the crash. Rocky mount now has 20 firefighters who volunteered for weeks of swiftwater training, specially designed dry suits for each team member, plus three boats ready to deploy into dangerous high water conditions.
