Weve been tracking this bun for several days now. Because it is stationary, it continues to pull the moisture up from the gulf and just puts it down across the same place over and over. So there has been flooding in texas and louisiana. We may start to see some of that moving northward as we get into the day today. Instead of this system picking up and shifting eastward, it has been blocked by this high. That high is going to continue to block it down south.
