C. , suspended themselves from harnesses and dropped a banner that reads resist in protest against President Trumps policies. One of the leaders did a Facebook Live video from the crane. We value our diversity and inclusivity and being a sanctuary city means that we are not an agent of the federal government. It means our police can focus on serving d. C.
