Now to a bizarre attack that has neighbors concerned to halloween after a guy swung an axe at a Police Officer. Police say the officer was doing routine patrol here on northeast 13th street overnight when a man came up and swung the axe into his drivers side window there. The area is just blocks from catholic university. Were told the officer was not hurt by the axe although he did get injured during a scuffle with the suspect. The man with the axe managed to run off. Were very fortunate that the officer in this ca, he did sustain an injury but it was not from the axe. So id rather see the axe in the car than in my officer. This is particular interesting, for a study, what they found was over the course of a career women who have at least two children are actually more productive than women who have no children at all. And the effect was somewhat a little bit smaller for women who had just one child. But it was sort of encouraging news because a lot of working moms feel a lot of guilt over whether or not theyre doing enough at home and work. But this study shows theyre doing more than enough. And actually in some cases, outpacing their peers. So what is it about having more kids that makes you more productive . Is it because youre a good multitasker . So the study showed the Academic Research output of 10,000 economists in order to categoryize and pressures productivity. One thing they noted, there could be selection bias. People who were most likely to have children are also the people who are the most organized. People who are sort of the so it could be that being better at your job also makes you more likely to have children.
