There was a longstanding custody dispute. Police say Caroline Conway the grandz mother of the children killed robert mange and seriously wounded his wife krystal. Detectives say the prince georges officer Richard Conway helped his mother before and after the shooting at mblg mcdonalds. Richard conway was off duty when this crime occurred and detectives are looking into the possibility that his firearm was used in this case. And it has not been located.
