This is a classic noreaster situation with the rain snow line right on i95 or maybe just a bit to the west. Were just getting word that some schools in our area have already cancelled classes for storm. That includes the university of maryland at college park. Right now were waiting on a News Conference to start. D. C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and other city officials are going to talk about how the district is preparing for the snow. We are told that crews started pretreating the roads yesterday. More than 200 plow drivers are scheduled to be at their post by 7 00 tonight. A similar story in maryland as crews prepare for the biggest storm of the winter. M been underway all day.
