Reporter police say williams shot and wounded a 23yearold man last night during an argument in the parking lot of the mcdonalds on dale boulevard. Williams has been on the run ever since. At one point he carjacked a man in his effort to get away. With williams at the time of the incident a woman identified by police as jamie boyar. She is still at large. So now all clear in this community shooting suspect Duane Williams is now in police custody. Ill be back with more details about the arrest coming up at 6 00. The small plane had just taken off from a Regional Airport about 15 miles outside of cleveland when it went down last night. 18yearold abe pishevar died. He was a freshman at Case Western Reserve University. Pishevar was on the wrestling team there and two of his new teammates also died. It is not something you expect to get into as a coach. There is no instruction booklet or preparation for it. And i think that is part of coaching is adapting to what 457ens with your team. That is what we are doing today is just coping and mourning and figuring out how to move on from losing three of our teammates and family. We have learned the group was going out for a quick night flight to see the city. A Prayer Service for pishevar and his family just wrapped up at Georgetown Prep. Reporter Georgetown Preparatory schools well recognized, well known, highly regarded and tonight the community is grieving for abe pishevar. He was a wellknown wrestler and leaves a lot of friends behind. The wrestling team is like a family. So abe was a lot like a brother to us all. Reporter michael sprag was a cocaptain last year of the wrestling team along with his good friend abe pishevar. Abe distinguished himself at gorge town prep. In his senior year he suffered a football injury and couldnt wrestle. He was looking forward to wrestling at case western. I talked to him last week when he moved in, actually. One of the first things he did was go right to the wrestling room and sent me a picture in the wrestling room. Reporter the Georgetown Prep community is devastated by the news that 18yearold abe pishevar was one of four students from Case Western Reserve University was killed when this aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff last night near cleveland, ohio. Georgetown prep held a Prayer Service in the school chapel. Just before the service i spoke with Athletic Director by phone. He was an energetic, enthusiastic, fun young man who probably wanted to please you more than any other young men we have. Reporter friends oth family shared their grief at the home where abes mother lives in rockville. She had already left for cleveland. Family friends say they have known abe since he was small. All his life. He was very smart, athletic. He was handsome, smiling. Always a smile. He was such a sweet, sweet, sweet boy. God bless him. Reporter a lingering question hangs over this tragic death. Why did abe get on that flying club plane last night and take off after dark with a pilot who was a fellow student and only 20 years old . Developing tonight on news 4 at 5 00 a possible audio recording of the moment Michael Brown was shot in ferguson, missouri. The attorney for the man who recorded it said it was handed to the fbi. When we started asking questions to the maryland state Highway Administration they agreed saying this road is in bad shape and now a new layer of asphalt goes down tonight. The rubber meeting the road and ither is agreeing with one another right now. The maryland state highwa administrio t ag in control here tells news 4 after the top layer of the road was milled down it became very clear that the base of the road was deteriorating too fast. Drivers left to navigate a virtual minefield of dirt, dust, debris and has been like this for days. Dont bring your car here if you just got it washed. I come this way every day for work. Reporter a veteran of this road and not thrilled with the current state of affairs says her car is telling her, as well. A determination has been made that the road cant stay like this much longer saying a new layer of asphalt will start going on tonight. The northbound stretch will be the first to get the new asphalt.
