The victims, their families, the survivors. You can also see the impact 9 11 has had on young adults. They were just kids when it happened, but the attack helped shape them as adults. Just after sun up, a giant American Flag was unfurled from the roof of the pentagon. Just as it was for the very first time the day after the attack 14 years ago. As a single generation, other than the world wars, there hasnt been anything other than pearl harbor thats defined a generation. Reporter these men could see the flag as they walked inside their offices. They were just kids when the building was hit. Everything ive done as a child up until now was because of 9 11, so a lot of us that are in the service, this defined a lot of what we do and what weve done, so we try to take a moment while were here and work for all of us that are active duty.
