Man in Stafford County is accused of killing his own mother. Christopher ellis is charged with firstdegree murder deputies were called out to his house at about 5 00 this morning. They say ellis was screaming and assaulted a deputy in the backyard. They found his mother, Elizabeth Ellis dead. Right now, ellis is in jail.
