We are following a developing story in virginia where crews have been working to put out a fire at a townhouse in norton. Justin is live at the scene and has been talking with fire officials. We have been spending the morning talking with neighbors. Reporter good morning. Thats right. Fairfax rescue out here close to 2 00 this morning, waking neighbors out of bed. Moments before that center caught fire, the man who lived there was seen packing up his truck and driving off. I heard fire, fire, a woman running outside. Reporter a neighbors cell phone rolling on the action. Fire and smoke erupts from a twostory townhouse on Koluder Court and scorching two homes on either side. On the block, relief no one was injured and concerns about how it the stories i have been hearing, its not just an accident. We heard possibly the man that lived there was possibly being evicted. Reporter the new owner took over the townhouse back in march. Since 2014, residents say the man who lived there was quiet and kept to himself. Looking live at that now burned down home, you can see damage to both of those adjoining homes, the beige home taking a bigger brunt of the damage. At least one other family has been displaced in all of this. The question, what caused the fire and where did that man go . Several british hospitals say they are having major computer problems as a result of an apparent cyber attack right now. The hospitals are asking patients not to come to hospitals unless its an emergency. No word on who is responsible for this cyber attack. No means no more than a year after hundreds of Howard University students marched protesting the alleged rape of two female students, there is a lawsuit asking that the school be held legally responsible. This story has a lot of you online outraged. The lawsuit claims that howard failed to help five current and former students who were raped by fellow students and employees. 2014 and 2016. In one case, a male resident adviser was allowed to remain on the job and have access to her room after she reported he raped her. She took her concerns to twitter saying you embarrassed your family by doing that. The victims felt like the university failed them and some reported feeling suicidal. These young women came to us after they made lots of efforts on their own and with advocates trying to help them, you know, going to the administration, you know, first reporting the Sexual Assault and then trying the r. A. We mentioned earlier in the story is accused of raping another student. In an email, a howard spokesperson said the university could not speak about the lawsuit. The university has been and remains comtt investigating such allegations to ensure a safe and Healthy Community for faculty, staff and students, end quote. Three weeks, three things found. The latest incident happened at a middle school. The suspects were caught on surveillance. Look closely at the pictures, good shots, really. They were captured before a teacher found the noose hanging in a light in the courtyard. It caused concern among students and staff. Some students were texting their parents to make them aware of it. The parents were calling the school. We hope they realize the severity of the incident and have an impact on members of the community. School officials believe it was placed on the light by the two people in the Surveillance Video who got on to the roof at some point on wednesday. You might remember someone week.
