There are up to 400,000 untested kits in this country. It contains evidence that can identify suspects and link crimes. In 2014 a virginia law passed requiring police to account for untested kits. Right now none are requiring the police to track the rape kits. A handful of republican hopefuls will be left out of the first president ial debate and that is because fox news has decided to allow only ten participants. Heres how it will work. Candidates must place in the top ten of an average of fox approved polls around the time of the debate. Around 18 people are either already running or are seriously considering it.
