Its been 22 days since anyone has seen 80yearold lubin phipps. His family want tos make sure people are still looking for him. He went missing at a Prince Georges County park in september. Darcy spencer went back to that park and spoke to his daughter. That somebody, oh, god will call the authorities so that we can reunite him with his family, god. Reporter a group of family and friends gather for a prayer and candlelight vigil. Their numbers are small but their hope is strong that their loved one, 80yearold lubin phipps, will be found safe. Its been three weeks and, you know, were just trying to stay positive. Reporter mr. Phipps daughter says her dad suffers from dementia. He went missing from watkins Regional Park on september 18th, under an assisted living center. He was here at the park at picnic area zero. They were having a picnic for Senior Citizens that day. At one point he asked if he could use the bathroom. He walked away and simply vanished. His daughter says she doesnt know if her father made it to the bathroom. She says mr. I lived out of a paper bag with my name on it for a few years. I was transferred to different homes when i was young in my life, a teenager, and i know what its like to be at the bottom of the barrel.
