Today, closing arguments begin in the trial of a man accused of killing his stepfather. Prosecutors say antwaan james shot Joseph Newell more than a dozen times in april of 2013. Corrections officers say they caught Christopher Cornelius on the left here just hours ago. He and the man on the right, matt johnson, apparently tide bed sheets into a rope to escape a minimum security jail. Cornelius is being treated for some minor injuries. Johnson is still out there somewhere. Those men were arrested for heroin possession. Police have charged them both with felony escape. Kim davis lost all of her appeals so far and now she could be headed back to court. Davis is the kentucky county clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples saying it would violate her religious beliefs. Now shes accused of giving invalid licenses to gay couples. The aclu and several couples say davis made changes to their forms after she returned to work. They say she altered licenses to say they were issued under the authority of a federal court. New video shows the moments before a school bus crashed in a pond in florida. Police released the Surveillance Video of the bus carrying more than 20 Elementary School kids.
