We have all the erosion and they will have to fix the asphalt, as well. So this will be with us no doubt into the afternoon. There were many people in the area without water for a time yesterday. What i was told is that they have basically minimized the area that is impacted here. Could easily get another inch of rain. Flash flood watches are up for the northern parts of the Shenandoah Valley from winchester to martinsburg to hagerstown. No watches or warnings yet. This is a strong storm just south of fredericksburg. It will be in Southern Maryland on the other side of the potomac within the hour. So traveling conditions will go downhill quickly in Southern Maryland. The strongest and most severe of the storms are just south and west of us todown towards richmond.
