The driver sd this is a situation that has really, really impacted the Community Just a little while ago there were some women who walked up to the area, came and looked at the memorial and were visibly shaken. Did not want to talk to us. But looked at the memorial and were just obviously visibly shaken by whats happened here. This is part of a deadly trend that were seeing unfortunately in the dmv. Five people have been killed in our area in just the last two weeks and its part of a national trend. 35,000 people have died in 2015 and crashes of an increase of 7 .
