A woman pleads guilty to killing an elliston man and hiding his body in concrete. 53yearold Janice Widenor pled guilty to abuse or neglect of an incapacitated adult resulting in death and concealment of a dead body. Widenor was found incompetent to stand trial in october and was ordered to undergo treatment. 70yearold james austin was found entombed in concrete inside her home in january of last earlier.
