The violence was triggered by the deadly officerinvolved shooting of syville smith. He had his deputies surround the park with an orange fence. At the time he was vocal about his decision. Fast forward to sunday when county executive chris abele and barrier is standing in the way of healing. By that afternoon, deputies were back at the park carrying out orders from clarke to replace the orange fence. The battle went to court that night the sheriff was a no showso a county judge sided with able. And issued a temporary restraining order against the sheriff saying he can not put the fence back up. At 2 today the judge is expected to meet with both sides again to make his final decision. Although we have tried numerous times to speak to sheriff clarke, we are only told an attorney will be here to represent him.
