Now, he was indicted today. But he has been suspendedus well, now he is facing fouracino charges for visual for visual surveillance after he he reportedly upskirted fourki different women and becauseec two of those incidents allegedly happened while hened was on duty. He is also facing two charges c for misconduct in office. O now, we are told that officer james sims has been with thems Prince Georges County policerg departments since 2010 and the Prince Georges County States Attorneys Office believesey that these incidentss happened between may of 2015 and june j of this year when thatha incident was reported. Now, the two incidents that t happened while the officer was on duty we are told happened hap during traffic stops. To. Now, investigators wouldnt go into detail about how exactly ea that was able to happenap because they say that is allll part of the evidence in thisncet case, but we were told itt happened during traffic stopsini and they said the other two o t incidents happened whilehile officer sims was off at a chipotle and the other atet a sports authority.
