Now, the Prince Georges County states Attorney Says they believe there are at least 23 victims, keep in mind these are children were talking about. Some as young as seven years old cork do to court documents, and they range up to 12 years old. Authorities say it alleged abuse happened from august of 2015 through february of 2016 when are a relative of one of the victims found nude photos on a phone and reported it to police and the school. Today, we learned 20 of the children have been identified. However, Prince Georges County state Attorneys Office say three identitible and are simply referring to them as prepew beys he didnt children. There were 20 boys and three girls among the victims according to authorities. But investigators fear there could be more victims that either havent come forward or have not been identified in those photos or videos found on several cell phones were told belonged to carraway. He allegedly instructed the kids to perform sex acts with him and each other. The states Attorneys Office says they hope that Video Evidence will be enough so that these young kids dont have to come forward in court and testify if this case goes to trial. As you can imagine, this has been very traumatizing for those children. They told me that one of the victims had to sit underneath a table while being interviewed by Police Detectives because he just couldnt bear to look at them while they asked him questions abuse. There are two investigations going now. One is to investigate the conduct of mr. Car raway. We also have another investigation that has no been concluded to answer the questions youre asking. How did this occur, who, if anyone, knew about it . Are there additional individuals who should be held accountable. So that investigation is ongoing.
