A lot of long faces, a lot of tears and people walking out saying that the sentence was simply too light and unjust. The state recommended 12 years out of the 12 year maximum sentence. The judge imposing a sentence on four years jail time to be served for sam alice in the deaths of calvin lee anal ex america, two what the on high recent graduates who left a a house party where alcohol was wa served. Sam alice in his toxicology reports showed that he had ha consumed alcohol as well as marijuana, but sam alice pled to guilty to twoto charges of man slut in order to avoid trial. Those two charges considered nonviolent charges, therefore, the four years served will now turn into 25 percent of them 2 because of the charges will havi to be served. Se thats one out of the four years will serve and then hell be eligible for patrol.
