They all lived here in this northeast neighborhood in this blue house. The defendant, 21 year old Malcolm Cunningham was asked to move out just weeks earlier before this incident. He reportedly threatened to kill everyone inside the home. What is your reaction to what happened, thoancht i didnt like it. Thats all i can say. The woman who thans ad the door here identified herself as Malcolm Cunninghams grand moamplet he did not live with her. Cunningham was living with his other grandmother and the victim. Now we spoke with cunninghams brother over the phone and he confirms what Court Records describe, a living situation that was quickly deteriorating. Court records say cunningham was involved in several altercations with pamly members inside the home and one instance he said he was going to kill staring at him. This incident happened when his grandmother left the house to go to a doctors aa pointment and reportedly took place less than a month before the murder on another occasion he reportedly pulled a knife on a Family Member and said he would kill everyone inside the house. Thats when was told he had three weeks to move out. \he\e used a black and silver knife to kill the 69 year old victim David Norwood. The knife was later found in a dumb bin.
