Sean broke his back, suffered a number of head injuries. Bryce mccloud was arrested for dui with serious bodily injury. Second dui. The police chief says there is body camera incident, and he says it shows that smith had a gun in his hand when he turned toward the officer after the officer had ordered him to stop. Smith was allegedly fleeing from a traffic stop at the time. The mayor is actually urging the state to release that body camera video now, which would be against the states normal operations when its investigating Something Like that.
