This is gary dur maam. The former army ranger who shot him tried to save his life by performing cpr after the gun fire. Now, durham ultimately died from his injuries. Neither family has commented on the case. We did learn durham previously served time behind bars for another incident involving what authorities tell us was road this was back in 2001. Were told he reportedly punched timothy gibbs. Gibbs struck his head on the pavement and died days later. So far were told that gibbs wife reacted to news of durhams death and she did not have any words of sympathy for him in connection with this.
