A father is sitting behind bars accused of leaving his baby in a car while he gambled in a delaware casino. Police say 26 year old Justin Middleton left his 14 month old daughter in his car outside the harrington raceway and casino. It happened yesterday afternoon right around noon. Patrons noticed the car running saw the baby inside. Police arrested middleton. When he returned to the car about an hour and a half later he is facing several charges including recklessly endangering a child. A nine year old boy is recovering tonight after a bullet grazed his head. Now it happened in the tacony neighborhood of philadelphia this afternoon. The atlanta based company is working with banks and Law Enforcement to figure out if indeed hackers have struck. Home depot says it will let customers know right away if their perm information is now compromised. Several banks believe the breach may date all the way back to late april or early may.
