Grand jury investigation has found Corporal Richard schroeder did not follow safety protocols during a demonstration in september. His gun was loaded and unlocked and it went off and killed trooper david kedra. Showed faces five charges of wreck less endanger many many. Trooper kedras family says that is not enough. My brother died as a result of this mans ax. Yes, corporal schroeder did recklessly endanger all five troopers in that room. But four troopers were unhurt and went home to their family.
