The cause of that fire is under investigation. A homeless man is crushed to death inside a garbage truck in allentown. The coroner is ruling 53yearold tony lee grahams death an accident. Investigators say graham was sleeping in a dumpster and was tossed into the garbage truck on friday morning. Investigators still searching for grahams next of kin. Neighbors gathered last night to remember 51yearold james stoleman. He was shot thursday night on woodcrest avenue just a block from his home. Stolemans dog was sitting right there next to the body when he was discovered. At this point investigators dont know if this was random for stoleman was target. North carolina woman is in the fight of her life and she tells us that fight just got tougher after a trip to philadelphia yesterday wait until you hear why. She took amtrak home yesterday and checked the suitcase with her cancer drugs inside but says when she got home and opened the suitcase the meds were gone. We spoke to debut kay of green greenville North Carolina on face time tonight. Shes fighting stage three cancer. Her local doctors told her what started in her breast had spread spread. They had found masses in other parts of my body in my pancreas in my liver in my ooh adrenal glands on on my spine. Reporter wanting a second pin she started flying here every two week to the Cancer Treatment centers of america in philadelphia where the level of care she says has been excellent excellent. But flying has taken a toll on her weakened body this week she took amtrak left 30th street station yesterday and rather than carry her suitcase she check it. She got home last night and this morning i just went into my suitcase to get my medicine bag and it wasnt there. Reporter she kept her jewelry with her meds in that bag and she says the bag was gone. For the first time in weeks shes had no medicine today. Every day that i go without it makes my symptoms worse so it makes a little bit harder for me to try to function. Reporter her mom spent the day trying to get the meds locally but so far no luck. Youre in this condition you dont think people are out there trying to take advantage of you. Reporter still she has faith. I have great friends and great family and, you know, just like this cancer im going to get through it the best way i can. Reporter the drugs and jewelry she lost werent worth that much money her concern it could take a few more days before shes able to get meds she needs. She did tell us she filed a report with amtrak police. We called amtrak today. A spokesperson now looking into the case but so far we have not heard back. Joyce . Thank you, brad. Well, still ahead tonight body cam video like youve never seen before. This camera rolling as emergency crews rush into a frigid river to save a toddler trapped inside a car there. The miraculous recovery that happened right there. Plus hes only nine years old but hes already well known in the Cyber Security world. This happened last week in i was tam the car she was in hit a cement barrier on a bridge, flipped upside down and plunged to the river below where it sat for 14 hours in the freezing temperatures until fisherman saw it and cooled called 911 thats where lapel video picks up the story. You can see Police Officers rushing to the scene. They try to flip the car over with other first responders. Thats when they see 25yearold jennifer grows beck and realized shes dead. Several responders say they heard a mysterious voice a voice that said help me which prompted them to look harder. Then they see 18 month old lilly grossbeck lifeless and immediately pull her out of the car. Go, go, go. Come on baby he said. And she must have been listening because they rushed her to the ambulance where she was hypo they remember mick at first they didnt feel a pulse and immediately performed cpr. Six minutes later she showed signs of life. She started throwing up. They rushed her toll emergency room when she was stabilized. To give you an understanding how cold it was that day seven responders on the scene had to be treated for hypothermia and as for that voice they heard they say its a mystery. They say it wasnt a childs voice and it certainly wasnt her moms voice because she was deceased. Days later, lilly is singing Nursery Rhymes and appears to be in good spirits. Minus a few cuts and bruises but its bittersweet for her family. Her mothers funeral is this weekend. In los angeles will carr, fox news. Wow. A close call tonight for students in kentucky as their schoolbus is hit by gunfire. Four students were on board the bus. On their way to school when somebody opened fire from another vehicle. Fortunately nobody was hurt. Authorities say that the bus was the likely target. Residents believe Gang Violence is to blame even though police say its too early to tell that. Reporter Shannon Gilbert finally laid to rest after nearly five years. Her family now hopes a new autopsy will yield answers about her death. Her disappearance led to the discovery of a mass grave of women all girls in their 20s strangled by a suspected serial killer. Police are unable to determine how gilbert a 23yearold escort died. They speculateed she drowned in the marsh where she was found. Theres enough evidence to warrant a second look. Reporter now renowned forensic has taken on the case. He believes its highly possible gilbert was strangled. An autopsy of her remains this week shot exclusively by fox news showed roughness on one side of the bone. A bone in the neck of the top of the voice box. With the permission of the family hes conducting further testing. If it is a fracture that would be strong evidence that this young lady was strangled to death by neck compression and changes from undetermined to homicide. Reporter if shannon was murdered and body dens finderings proved she was strangled that could be a significant break in the hunt for a serial killer. Theres no doubt that Shannon Gilbert was murdered. Reporter gilbert was last seen by a client Joseph Brewer who hired her that evening. He maintains his innocence. Attorney john ray who represents the gilbert family believes shannon ran from brewers home and fell he hands of his neighbor Charles Peter hackett. A doctor who some say has shown a strange interest in her disappearance. Phone records show hackett called gilberts mother two days after she disappeared. A year and a half later her body was found yards from his home near the same area as the other women. Doctor Charles Peter hackett should be decidedly a person of interest. Reporter unlike the other Victims Police know who gilbert was with that night. If its proven she was murdered, it could change the course of the investigation into all the deaths. The unidentified man went to claim his winnings on thursday but no luck.
