You can see some pockets of heavier rain highlighted in yellow but definitely moving through the
Delaware Valley this heavier rain extends through lancaster county,
Chester County coatesville, west brandywine, chadds ford into concord heading into delaware county. So waves of heavier rain will be moving through but for the most part tomorrow morning through midday well see the brunt of this particular storm. We want to review the month of november. Since it is the last day the end of hurricane season. The second warmest november on record for the city of philadelphia. Number one was back in 1931. Number two this year with over 5. 5 degrees above average which is really big deal. And number three not that long ago in 2001. Later in the broadcast well take a look what december will be like. But for now, well see a warming trend. Temperatures in the 40s for the most part to the north and west of philadelphia. Warming overnight. So our low will be this current temperature and by tomorrow morning, were talking about warmth but wet weather. That really will slow down the morning commute. Active start to the work week for sure. High pressure builds off the coast. We have a developing area of low pressure that will enhance the rain tomorrow. Another low to the west and
Tennessee Valley and then a third storm system thats brewing out through minneapolis and the plains giving them some
Winter Weather advisories and inches of snow. We stay on the warm side of all of this. But we will be seeing rain for tuesday, tuesday night and even into wednesday. The probability of precipitation for tomorrow obviously likely at 80 . The same on wednesday. Inches of rain expected then. Thursday we dry it out. And then friday looking for plenty of sunshine starting a trend of nice weather for that second part of the seven day. The fox future cast has a good grip on this with the rain lifting toward the north and west. Heavy rain tomorrow morning. Slowing down your morning rush. And then another wave of rain coming through in the afternoon. Through the 3 00 oclock hour. Drying out tuesday night. And then here we go again with our next storm moving in for wednesday mornings rush. Drying out somewhat bite afternoon and one more line of showers maybe a few thunderstorms with a strong front by wednesday evening. Overnight temperatures rising and the wind picking up. Also, seeing the rain intensify. High temperature tomorrow, 56 degrees. With periods of rain as you plan your daylight rain in the morning. Periods of rain through the day but temperatures staying mild and as we look ahead on our seven day forecast well see that warmup, then a cool down with drier air over the weekend. And i do like sunday and monday with high temperatures around 60 degrees for your first week of december. Look at this. Temperatures for the month of december throughout the northeast including the
Delaware Valley expected to be above average. Thats good news. We like the sound of that but oceans bad hair day of the next couple of days. A few days. For sure. All right. Thank you kathy.
