She was yanked off the job she says for doing her job. All of my best friends are under eight years old. Reporter for 16 years, gina ba. M has been helping kids crossette street outside of runnemede bingham elementary school. When snow piled up on her corner she took this video then she took action. None of the corners were cleared off. The streets were terrible. And it was just a hot mess for parents to drop the children off. Reporter she needed help. So when her boss at the Runnemede Police department wasnt on duty, she texted runnemede mares nick cap toes asking for help with snow removal. Well apparently that was a no nono. I sent him a text. At 9 22. 22 minutes into my work day and i got suspended for two days for doing that. Reporter instead of a thank you, she got this. A letter telling her she suspended for two days for insubordination and not following the chain of command. I understand i broke the rules. Ill be the first to add it. But i think in those circumstances it was okay to break the rules. Reporter we spoke with runnemede mares and police chief who were unable to comment on personnel matters. But in a statement the borough says it has in place specific procedures employees are required to follow to report situations they believe macon substitute a threat to the health, welfare or safety of the general public or themselves. Reporter lucy, these robberies at the Cell Phone Stores have rattled employees and customers all of whom were tied up with sip ties during the stick up. Surveillance cameras were rolling as the suspects strolled into three stores in recent weeks pulled out gun and ordered cut and workers to a back room where he tied them up. Employees like this one are on edge. You have to get ready. Someone walks in behind you way handgun can you imagine the fear that puts into your mine. So again its just a dangerous situation. Reporter suspects struck in broad daylight in each case. In two robberies he actually brought a rolling suitcase with him to carry away the stole license items. He knows what hes picking and even we have system there and he knows hes specifically tell dont put that one. Hes gotten large number of cell phones and tablets. Anything there for him to take hes gotten his hands on. Reporter robber struck first on roosevelt boulevard forcing customers and employees to the rear of the store where he used sip ties to restrain them. The Mercer County Homicide Task force in east Windsor Police trying to locate this woman after her Family Member was found dead inside an apartment. Lawyers for congressman chaka fattah are staying on his case. A judge denied their request to withdrawal from the case. Those four lawyers say fattah has not paid them sensation. U. S. District judge bartle says if the lawyers step down hes afraid that will delay the trial. He also says the attorneys understood what they were getting into when they septembered the case. The 11 term congressman is facing federal corruption and bribery charges. Fattah says, hes paid the lawyers more than 100,000 since his arrest this past summer. They are relieved that their children reactioned in the right way but still concerned tonight because the suspects are still out there. A Home Security camera captured the black sedan Evesham Police believed was involved in attempted child luring around 5 00 oclock in the evening on january 16th. Near playground on peter heard way. They were startled. They were shaken. Um, because we dont expect it. It comes out of nowhere. Reporter were concealing his identity. He says his brother and cousin 10 and 11yearolds were the children approached. The two boys say a man and woman offered them candy if theyd get in the car. Were in our neighborhood. We should feel safe here. Our kids shouldnt be in danger. My brother shouldnt be in danger. Reporter that same day a similar incident was reported half hour earlier on manor avenue in oakland. Similar car description, similar approach. This mother doesnt want to be identified. We were scared. Reporter she says it happened to her sixyearold son and a child neighbor playing football right in front of their homes. My son described them as older couple, um, and they rolled down the window and they were speaking quietly to try to get them to come closer. And then they said we have for my sons account they said, come on, we have candy in the car. Why dont you get in our car. Well go to our house and have fun. Reporter meanwhile Evesham Police released the video today of the car in their incident to see if the two are connected. This concerned mom is happy all of the kids did the right thing by going to get help. He was a little confused at the time. Because didnt know what was going on. And now, hes more aware of what to do in the future. Reporter Renee Tartaglione was indicted today by a grand jury on 54 charges for allegedly stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from a nonprofit clinic to help poor people with psychiatric issues. The feds say there were kickback seems and a rent scam. Miss tartaglione purchased the building that the nonprofit was working out of and then she raised the rent repeatedly over the course of several years. Reporter how much . The rent jumped from 4,500 to 25,000 a month. And then when the center moved here the rent soared to 35,000 on its way to 75,000 federal investigators say . Renee didnt want to talk bout allegations as she left federal court. No comment. Miss tartaglione is pleading not guilty. Reporter the tartagliones are part of a philly political dynasty. Her mother marsh tartaglione famously served as philly commissioner chairwoman for decades. Once threatened to choke a reporter. Her husband ward leader Carlos Mattos plead guilty to bribery a few years ago. Sister Christina Tartaglione is a current state senate.
