Fathers all over the city plan to walk their children to school then join other men for a march and tonight i spoke to overbrook father who is excited about the big day. 27yearold kalif wiggins excited about his daughter laylas first day of the new school year tomorrow. Shell be starting fifth grade. I think its very important, you know, that fathers step up and take care of responsibility and its a start. It was amazing to see fathers walking with their child and just being, you know, one with each other, and to see other fathers bumping the horn. Philadelphia police have launched an internal Affairs Investigation to determine if an officer will be charged for a shooting in connection with shooting a relative. It happened last night aisle while the officer was off duty at his home on taunton street in northeast philadelphia. Police say the officer fired his gun at least twice after some sort of an argument. The relative who was hit was last listed in critical but stable condition. Philadelphia police are investigating a Sexual Assault that happened during this weekends made in america festival according to authorities a 16yearold girl says she was in front of the stage on sunday night when a man proved her from behind and assaulted her. Tonight police say joel horton is the man who ran over a woman then beat her to death with a shovel in north philadelphia.
