His cousin shot the boy yesterday while the children were playing with a gun at the home on the 3500 block of north ninth street. That toddler was hit twice once in the chest, once in the fing finger. Prosecutorred charge the parents with child endangerment and related offense glass in kensington investigators are trying to figure out what spark an Apartment Fire this afternoon. The flames broke out about 2 30 on the 2500 block of east dauphin street. Firefighters say they got it under control in about 15 minutes. Fortunately no one was hurt. This happened on sunday at seventh and oregon. One of the suspects went through one of the victims pockets although he didnt take anything but the other guy picked up a rock and through it at one of the victims who wound up with a severe laceration on his head.
