Reporter well, dawn and bill, Montgomery CountyDistrict Attorneys Office says the victims daughter is charged with killing her after allegedly trying to stage a break in saying an intruder did this. I was shocked. I just heard the Police Activity this morning, and i was just watching from my house. Reporter skyfox flew over a house on the 400 block of abby lane in perkiomen township where investigators say a 21yearold girl stabbed her mother to death. The victim is 54yearold annette house. Jane and pat delaney say shes lived across the street from them for the past ten years. Its very sad. Nice woman. Very quiet. You know, stuck to herself and just minded her own business. Reporter police say 21yearold elena house hay called them after 3 00 this morning from another house saying she saw a man in a gray sweatshirt running from the house when she found her mother stabbed in the chest. When they got on scene, they say hey gave conflicting statements hadnt blood on her. Eventually hey told police she had a fight with her mother earlier in the night about hays treatment for bipolar disorder. Police say they found a broken window with a gardening glove stuck in it and blood smears near the front door but later found no signs of forced entry or a struggle. The victim had a kitchen knife stuck in her chest. Its a shock to neighbors. Devastated. I mean, what else can you say . Reporter investigators revealed terry received message from hays cell phone from the night before saying, haa, ha i hate my many tal. She told them she took the knife into her mothers bedroom and that she broke the front window before leaving. Now investigators also say that the victim had defensive wounds on her arms. It happened in chester on seventh and highland. Police say the victim was shot over and over again. It was about 7 00 oclock. Right now police are working on identifying the victim and the shooter is still out there. A traffic nightmare on interstate 95 in bucks county. By the time Police Caught up with her half an hour later, she had a woman and a small child in her back seat. Police say she was attempting a fare as a cab driver. The woman in the back seat said she had no idea anything was up. New jersey soon youll have to be 21 years old just to buy tobacco. Its one of a dozen bills governor Chris Christie signed into law today. The minimum age currently is 19.
