This is the shocking video making the rounds on social media, authorities say, it was shot monday at eighth and tulip streets in camden. A group of women begin arguing, watch, as the woman in the khaki shorts, pulls a four month old pitbull puppy by it leash. Lifting and swinging the small dog, into the air, and towards another woman. Animal cruelty investigators, who have viewed the video, say the puppy appears terrified and could have been seriously or permanently hurt. It wasnt aggressive at all.
