Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument inside the 55 north bar on north fifth street right around 12 30 this morning. Investigators say outside the bar the man shot a 23yearold man in his chest piercing his lung. Hes at einstein hospital tonight in critical condition. Police say that man also shot a 27yearold woman four times in in her legs and stomach but shes already out of the hospital. Police have not released the name of the person theyve arrested. Developing now, a fatal car crash that has an entire community grieving. Two young adults hit and killed in a tragic accident over labor day weekend. Police say a milk tanker truck driver was choking on soft dripping when he drove off a western pennsylvania highway and smashed into 23 cars at a dealership. Police in Mercer County pennsylvania say the driver was sipping his doctor pepper when he started choking and lost control of his vehicle. He wound up driving the truck nearly 600 feet through a grassy area before smashing into montrose buick gmc cadillac on sunday afternoon. The truck rumbled down an embankment before hitting all those new cars. State police did not find any mechanical problems with that truck and theres no indication that the truck driver even tried to brake according to investigators.
