Prosecutors have charged catherine knot with aggravated assault, wreck less endangerment and conspiracy in the septembe september 2014 attack that left one victim with a broken jaw and cheek bone. Her lawyer says knot was not involve. To men accused of in the beating took a plea agreement and avoided jail time. Judge ordered them to stay away from center city for several years and to perform community service. Knot faces years in prison if convicted on all charges. Philadelphia School Officials and police are trying to figure out how a student ended up way medical needle that was used to stick students.
