Police now have charged Marcus Fletcher in the whole ordeal all started monday night in the logan section of the city. Fletcher a pizza Delivery Driver told Police Someone stole his car with his fouryearold nephew inside. After a few hours of questioning, police say fletcher admitted the story wasnt true. Officers say the 22yearold told police he wasnt happy with how police had handled a separate robbery incident and he made up the story to watch quote police work harder.
