North wildwood 70. 70 degrees Cape May Point and water temperatures right now right around 60 degrees. Its been partly sunny to mostly cloudy. There have been a few popup sprinkles and showers moving through. But off to the west, highlighted this area of rain around chica chicago. Spring comes and they rob the whole street it seems. Reporter andrew rushings son had a couple of pals over a few nights ago. One left self hundred dollars poor. The other facing possible id theft. 610. 1 had license, credit cards, Everything Else stolen out of the car. Reporter one vehicles had window down the other was unlo unlock. Since midweek say police about six cars all unlocked have been hit along quay and quiet roads. This is 1950s levittown. People are still very blessed to live here. All right, jeff, thanks. A court ruling tonight that might have big impact as penn state faces lawsuits tied to claims of hazing in the University Fraternity system. James, a former penn state student is suing the university and the fraternity he says he was violently hazed his freshman year. He is accusing both the university and frat of fraud. He says he was assured there would be no hazing and there was and it was violent. Fox 29s jeff cole has learned a judge has ruled against the university and the frat allowing his lawyers to pursue their claims of fraud against both. Penn state did not immediately return our calls for a comment. Terrifying start to the Holiday Weekend for dozens of people inside a coach bus traveling on the new jersey turnpike. That bus collided with a tractor trailer in gloucester county. Passengers were hurt and sent to hospitals all around our area. Fox 29s Jennifer Joyce has the story. The bus just flipped. Everybody money everybody just went up in the air. Reporter kay yacht ticks moments after new Jersey State Police say a coach bus packed with passengers was hit by a tractor trailer early this morning. The bus veered off the southbound lanes of the new jersey turnpike between exits two and three and flipped on to its side. People was panicking but, you know, we was able to get everybody calmed down and we got out of the bus. Everybody was screaming. I was stuck in the chair. The chair broken up once it flipped i went in i sat in the third row. Reporter wanda davis of manhattan shared photos of the crash site. She says the panda new york bus left Lower Manhattan around 10 00 oclock last night. It was headed to charlotte, North Carolina, when the accident happened. Another passenger captured this video of the aftermath which shows dozens of people standing on the side of the road next to the toppled bus as emergency crews arrived to help. Im just in a state of shock. My back, my neck, everything. Reporter more than 30 people were transported to area hospitals with minor injuries. The bigger issue, confusion. Victims stranded at the hospital say they left their belongings on the bus and didnt know how to get them back. Now theyre saying we have no way home period. British Police Arrest add 44yearold man in connection with the suicide bombing at the Ariana Grande concert on monday night. Police didnt say exactly why he was arrested, but said the investigation is moving fast. That man is one of nine people being held for questioning. Also, today Ariana Grande announced she will be returning to manchester for a benefit concert to raise money for the victims and their families. Suicide bomber killed 20 people and injured dozens of others minutes after the singers concert ended. Coming up, hes way more than just a dog. Police say a man approached a group of children and tried to walk off with a sixyearold little boy. Investigators say the man was stopped and arrested and fortunately no little boy was not hurt. Drexel University Fraternity already under investigation for sexually assault claims is now in trouble for a different reason. Is now been suspended for five years. The fraternity was on interim suspension for three reported assaults at the frat house during the end of may through end of april through mid may. Now the University Says a new five year suspension is now li linked to alcohol violations. This man met former president obama. Hes a successful film maker. Before that nearly every man in his family on both sides has spent time in prison. They wound up arrested, dozens of times. For several years but thats not how this guy wanted his story to end. Our Bill Anderson shows us how hes inspiring others for goodness sake. I was arrested about 30 times up until that point. Failed school three time. Couldnt read. When he was released the media movie the pull of gravity helped tell a story they feel Society Needs to hear. Youre going right back in the narcotics ring much thats the only economy. I got real excited because i knew i did well on spelling tests and im a competitive person. She won the class contest. Uc then the School Spelling bee. And after that, the Delaware County competition. Mom a film maker and dad College Professor had no idea what they had gotten themselves into. Its been five, six hours a day, you know, melt downs every other day. This is intense. Its intense. She doesnt go out with her friends. Her friends call. Can you come out, hang out with us . She doesnt want tom she wants to stay home and study. Reporter do you like it . I do like it. Sometimes it can get a little bit tedious but i like languages and i like learning about the different rules for languages.
