Charges have been filed in shooting involving Philadelphia Police and septa officers. Prosecutors have charged 37yearold jose lebron with attempted murder in a number of other charges. It was just before 10 00 in the evening on saturday when pastor Calvin Williams got the message. I received a phone call about a young child being shot.
