A 42yearold pottstown woman arrested and charged today with having sex with a 17yearold boy in the back seat of a car at a local park. This is the woman, 4284 old iris gibney of pottstown. She was arrested back in november by Upper Pottsgrove Police department but not charged until today. Police say she admitted to having Sexual Activity with the 17yearold boy when they were caught eye by a Police Officer naked in the back seat of a car in holland back park. Investigators say the mother and the teenager met at a School Function at pottsgrove high school. Now, according to the District Attorney, thats not all she was doing. According to them, they say gibney was also sending nude photographs of herself to the victim using her cell phone. Gibney walk out of here in a 50,000 bond. She is charged with corruption of minors, disseminating obscene material and trespassing. Shes due back in a courtroom next week. In gilbertsville, Montgomery County, Chris Oconnell, fox 29 news.
