What we know is that a 10 month old baby girl was found unresponsive here around noon. Cpr was attempt. The uncle of this little girl apparently arrived, raced the child to Temple University hospital where that child died. Police officers have been here through the afternoon checking out the kids one by one as their parents came to get them. All of them telling me they have had no issues with this facility that its been a good child care center. Though most say they were not alerted as to what happened before they got here. There appear to be cameras we noticed in the ceilings here that may possibly shed some light on what went on whether the little girl died of natural causes, an accident or maybe something more. The people here have been spectacular with his care. I never had any problems. I dont see a reason to move him. If something had transpired i have no knowledge of it. Her family and supporters throwing up their hands to block news cameras. Now, in the case against her prosecutors 11 knot yelled profanity ridden slurs and through punches at the victims during the alleged assault. About half a dozen videos shown in court showed the alleged beating including Surveillance Video and cell phone footage taken by witnesses. You can hear people yelling in that video and at least one victim on the ground. Now the jury asked to see printouts of still frames from those videos as well. Late in the day they also asked review Witness Police statements as well. There is a gag order on this case. But yesterday a close friend of the victims spoke to us. Everybody is holding up all right. You know, its been pretty emotional. Its hard to see all the blood soaked clothing and the photos of the victims face ripped op open. Reliving it over again. Emotional. Reporter emotional case. Knot faces several years in prison if the jury convicts her of the charges including aggravated assault and reckless endanger many. She maintains of course her innocence. Her attorney in court saying she never touched the victims. Now, two codefendants have already plead out in this case. It was complete gridlock around noon today as hundreds of drivers circled the area. Some parked their vehicles. Others abandoned them to demand the city take action against i was web x and lyft. I have to say some people just a little snow for christm christmas. Yeah. It doesnt look like its happening. I mean lucy and iain take look at the calendar behind me. So far for the month of december, every day weve seen above average temperatures. So this december is likely going to be the warmest on record. So far 11. 5 degrees above where we should be for this time of year. Get a little chillier as we move tore the upcoming weekend but by next week those temperatures will likely warm back up to near record levels as we approach the christmas holiday. As far as temperatures right now, upper 40s to right around 50 philadelphia. 48 degrees in trenton. Were looking at 49 in millville and atlantic city. Not too terribly cold as you move north and west. Harrisburg right now 49 degrees. Were looking at 44 degrees in syracuse much as we take a look at ultimate doppler right now, were dry and quiet. However, we are cloudy but off to the west, this is our next weather maker. Then most of the heavy rainfall will kind of get its act together over sections of the deep south as a wave of low pressure develops along that front. So take a look at future weather. You can see we have the cloud cover around for tonight. Not that bad temperature wise and then by tomorrow morning, most of the heavy rain its off to the west. So by the 8 00 a. M.
