That led to a chase down mcdade boulevard ending in West Philadelphia. When the two suspect crashed into other cars and took off running. Police caught up to and arrested both. Medics rushed four other people who got tangled up in the crash to presbyterian hospital. We do not know their conditions as of now. More as this developing story continues to come inform. A verdict in the erin andrews case just a few minutes ago. A jury awarded fox Sports Reporter erin andrews 55 million finding two Hotel Companies and a stalker at fault. She was suing for 75 million claiming the hotels had made it possible for her stalker to check into rooms beside her and then secretly record nude videos and photos of her. Posted online. Apparently this customer shooter objected to him cleaning so close by where he was eating. So argument ensued. The customer left the restaura restaurant. The employees coworker and brother 19yearold josiah myers approach the table to calm things down. Just about that time the man in black reentered the restaurant. His handgun blazing. Josiah myers was hit several time. Captain jones says things could have been even worse. Roughly eight to 10 other customers in the restaurant. Self of which were right behind the victim when he was shot. So had the shooter missed him, he could have easily struck a couple of the customers that were at the counter. Local man free on bail in a child sex abuse case is now back in jail after police say he fired six shots into his accusors home before taking off in a car. Police say he crashed. They caught him and they arrested him. 63yearold Douglas Cohen faces charges of a tempted murder and witness intimidation. Chester countys district says he shot through the west goshen homes window yesterday. Inside his accusor along with another child and her father. Transit police chief thomasness tell spoke about the agencys up term investigation this afternoon releasing video and audio clips. Police say 24yearold omar lopez got into a confrontation with another man at the Huntington Station in october. And that a transit officer enter 15 you can see it going down right there. Police say lopez then got into a struggle with the officer and they say that he refused to listen to the officers commands and bit him. The officer tased him over and over. He deployed the taser 10 times, all for less than five seconds. As a matter of fact, six of those times were for one second.
