At the Convention Center tof course, we did check in with the Police Department and they tell us so far, there have been no arrests and no disturbances so far, everything is calm and peaceful. Lets take a look at video we gathered for you around the city earlier this afternoon, including right here at the Convention Center. The police positioned outside every entrance here. We thought swat cars parked throughout the area including under its arch. A visible presence even among the packed sidewalks full of visitors and volunteers. Police presence is very clear. Now, as far as what you cant see, as we reported to you earlier this week, chemical detectors are in place throughout the city, serious and light poles have been sealed. Large trucks banned. We spoke with commissioner ross earlier and bang visitors about the visible security measures, and here is what they told us. Its not just police. Its not just fire. Its many other city agencies along with folks across this room, Pennsylvania State police, national guard, the list goes on and on. Were protecting the city, both on land, air, and on the water ways.
