Heres the ongoing protest if you look across lots of cops, lots of Bernie Sanders protest protesters, and religious group that seems to be there to frankly get folks angry at them. So far, though, look you can see the police on their bike right now. So far its all been peaceful. Even if Bernie Sanders didnt win the democratic nomination for president , at least oscar salizar of new york could still wear his full body bernie jump jumper. Well, hillary did capture the nominee and its official but bernies movement keeps going. Montgomery county filled middle schoolteacher arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with two teenaged students. Police say 39yearold jason catuso had sexual contact with a 14yearold and a 1584 old girl at various locations. Investigators say catuso met both of the teenagers while teaching at springfield township middle school. He is charged with felony, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and other related charges. Preliminary hearing is set for august 9th. Now the school has released a statement saying it placed the teacher on administrative leave. It reads in part this is a shocking and disturbing incide incident. We have informed parents of the arrest of the teacher and will be working closely with our families and staff to provide them with necessary support and guidance. In baltimore, prosecutors have dropped all charges against three remaining Police Officers in connection with the death of freddie gray. That announce many coming this morning during a Pretrial Hearing for officer Garrett Miller who was facing a Second Degree assault charge in grays death. Prosecutors had argued that gray was illegally arrested after he ran away from bike Patrol Officer back in april of 2015 and that officers failed to use a seat bet on gray in a police van or call for medics when he indicated that he was hurt. Police found 63yearold james leaguer of clayton inside a truck back in april. Investigators say he had been assaulted hadnt wounds on his head and his torso.
