Police say a 51yearold man was crossing castor around 1 30 this morning when a white chevy impala struck him and that driver left the scene. We talked to man who came out of his home nearby just a few minutes after the accident. He described what he saw and heard. There was a bunch of people screaming. One woman was screaming a whole lot who had to be contained. Apparently somebody was boyfriend or whoever, awful. Avenue. Thats crazy, it was a hitandrun and he didnt stop or anything.
